If they increase the time, a lot of people will get upset, as they did when it was increased to 4:30 Pacific time.

Yeah, gigglenoodle. It'll probably be only those who really want to know, well we surely will find out VERY soon. My clock here says 7:25AM, the TTC time is a bit advanced/faster.
