Open Down Again
There's still problems, so Toontown is closed again...
Toontown Game Server News: Attention All Toons: We are sorry! Toontown will be temporarily closed for maintenance from 4:00AM to 5:30AM PDT. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience! It's clear to see the new version is unstable. It may not be what most people want to hear, but I think Disney should roll back the Open Version to sv1.0.13.21 then work on the problem via the Test servers. Only when it becomes stable should they then re-release it back to the Open servers. Yes, this means that Doodles will go from the Open servers for the short-term, but that's better than having crashes whilst I'm in buildings or running through Sellbot HQ (as well as the known Estate bugs which 'should' have been fixed!) Edit: Time changed from 4:00AM to 5:00AM to 4:00AM to 5:30AM

i totaly disagree
it is clear that the version is unstable BUTcould u think of all of the people that would quit toontown if they lose there doodles, now disney would lose money and they NEVER ant to lose money

How happy are you going to be? And then there's the new customers. Somebody installs the game and gets redirected to the 'server down' page. Okay, they come back next day, and see it down again. They percivere (sp?) and come back a third time. They're lucky, get into the game, then have it 'reset' on them? Looks like a customer has just been lost! Yes, people want Doodles, but at what price? One needs a stable game for all, not something that resets every so often.
