I hope it's to fix all those server crashes.
Nothing worse than doing a building and having a "server reset" message. Saying that, I did note on going back in the high numbers on all the districts, so I wonder if everyone had the same problem at the same time as suggested in the message or whether it was a 'polite crash'.
