Maybe he uses the JB's to work on new areas of TT, and if we get lots and lotza JB's, we'll get the new playgrounds faster!

The "Toons of the World Unite Foundation"?  Hmm, is this a true charity, or is it really a disguised political organization to support Flippy's re-election campaign? Sounds fishy to me. I think the Toontown Times needs to dig a little deeper into this one. Maybe "Good Ol' Bob Woodward" and "Fat Carl Berstein" should be put on the case.  "Follow the jellybeans", whispers Deep Toon.

ARE WE, THE NOW FLIPPY PAYING JELLYBEAN SPAWNERS OF TOONSTOWN, GONNA STAND 4 THIS? The answer, my friend, is no. So far he has appointed very good underlings..... even though when our lure gags miss and throw gags dont make a cog laugh (which hasnt happened yet but it will at this rate!!!) we dont get 1 jellybean back! It all probally goes to Flippy and who knows what he does with it? So my point 4 this post is vote 4 a better president or mayor or whatever....
