Toon Kart Racing Madness
Race over to Goofy Speedway for some white-knuckled, Toon-racing madness. Grab your kart and get warmed up with some practice races -- improve your racing time, while earning tickets to trick out your kart! Once you're ready for the big-time, get some friends together and face off in Toon Battle races. If you need a break, show off your stylin' ride to your fellow Toons at the display platforms located outside of Goofy's Auto Shop. Also, don't forget to check the leaderboard to see the fastest daily, weekly, and the all-time best scores from each track! Learn all about Goofy Speedway in the Player's Guide -- catch you at the finish line!

I think they did this because there incourging more toons, to go into the minigame areas.
