The Toontown population is growing and the Toon Council is calling on all seasoned Toons to hold out a "welcome" glove. Please help our new Toons learn the tricks of the Toon trade by assisting with Cog battles, ToonTasks, and taking over Cog buildings while on the streets of Toontown Central. Remember, today's new Toon is tomorrow's super Toon!

Just like school, toon's only listen to the staff.

Probably just trying to make the new subscribers to the game have a better experience so they acutally stay and continue to pay for the game.

It's a good way for Toontown to promote teamwork and helping smaller toons by making them think they may be a "super toon" if they do.

And it's just another thing to add to the Toontown and make it look like it's fuller until they give us our big release

They should know that everyone is going to ignore it and the people that don't help little toons already, are just going to ignore them more cause newbs are gonna see this and start bugging stronger toons MORE.
Which, I only help toons if they are nice, and don't bug me every second and don't say "Please be my friend' every second.

Three things it could be.... 1. they are thinking very nicely, 2. they wanna anoy high toons, 3. they wanna get all they toons out of toon town central so they can blow it up!!!!

Im a new toon and hate getting help. When I want help it doesn't come. When I don't want help, help comes.
