I tried that yesterday. The first one I tried didn't work and I know I cracked the code. Here it is...

You go inside the store and say, "Trick or Treat!" which you can find in your cattelog.

Those are the same ones as last year, I believe. Go find a Trick or Treating Spoiler and it will have the streets. Also, that is right, this will not work yet. It starts on the 28th and ends on the 31st.
