I'm constantly refreshing the TT homepage. There is still no update. I'll post here as soon as I see any changes. So, no news yet.

Grrrr! I have been up half the night refreshing my Toontown page also. I am worried that with there being only 750 tickets I won't be able to get the 3 I need to surprise my girls with the trip.

This is the one occasion when the time difference has actually worked in my favour. Midnight in California is 8am here and so I have been able to get a good night sleep. I am also a housewife with no plans to go out anywhere today, so after a good night's sleep I've been able to do stuff on my PC while keeping an eye on the TT homepage.

Sorry to hear you've been up all night to no avail. I'm hoping the tickets won't sell out before you get yours.

I called last night and they said to watch the Toontown home page. Nothing so far. My guess is 9:00am.

I just called Toontown and the guy I spoke with didn't have any info about ticket sales. It is 8:00AM central time. That is what time the phone lines open for them, so I figured the tickets would be online by now, but no such luck.

I just called the ToonTown customer service number again and they have no information as to when the tickets are going to go on sale. She checked with the Resources dept and they said that Disney has not given them any information. She said to just keep checking the homepage so I guess I'm back to hitting refresh every few minutes.

If it's 8:00AM where you are, its 6:00AM in CA, and 9:00AM in Orlando, Florida. If they haden't it changed it, I would go. Tickets go on sale today! Stop calling everybody! Just wait! Its only 6:15AM in CA. HQ of Toontown is in CA.

If they would have posted a time on the website as to when the tickets go on sale we wouldn't have to keep calling. I am trying to get the tickets to surprise my daughters and there are only 750 of them. I think they will be sold out within the 1st few minutes they go on sale with the limited number of them. When they put on there on sale July 11th I figured they would have been on sale at midnight Cali time. Sorry if i seem snippy but I have been up half the night refresing the toontown webpage to watch for updates. If they would have just posted a time on the website they would have made it much easier for us and them. The 1-888 help line for Toontown opens at 9:00 AM EST.

Here is what to do if you want to buy tickets ....

1) Keep an eye on www.toontown.com (press refresh occasionally)
2) They should tell you how to buy tickets including the phone number if that's how they are doing it.

That's all there is to it.

Unfortunately, we can only speculate what time the phone lines will be open. If you phone before they publish a dedicated phone number, you might find some Disney employees won't know anything about Toonfest, depending who you get through to. It frustrates me terribly as much as everyone else that they haven't been more specific with the time the phone lines will be open or what time they will be publishing any more details. They haven't even put the price or location on there. We only know the price and location because some people have been able to speak to the right people in Disney (well done to those people).

Non-US residents Please make a note of above website address, it's not your usual TT address. www.toontown.com is the site you need to be looking at to get up to date information about Toonfest. It's not showing up at all on the UK TT site.
