You hit it right on the head, they "aren't gamers," and so they do not know what is fun in the game and what is not. If you speak to some TT employee on the phone or by using the live chat system about TT, half of the time they have no idea what you are talking about. They get the general idea of TT, but if you asked a specific in-game question, they could not answer you.

I agree with everyone that's posted here. I think it's rediculous that they made these changes the CJ. The bonus weight and extra gavles were the only things that made the scale round fun and challenging.

Anyway, I just sent in a question/comment to Disney, basically telling them that I think they made a mistake by making these changes.

I looked at the reference they listed and basically it says don't suggest any ideas, its a "sumbission", we can't accept them legally but if you do unintentionally give us an idea we may be able to take it. I think thats what it said, I didn't read the whole thing.

Esentially, I think for those who want to contact Disney, the bug report route is probably better than the Question/Comment route

This answer is what i got every time that i reported bugs in open server... Last time i got it when i reported bugs in bossbot hq (you don't get any answer if you report bugs in test, but in open its like they must tell you something). That just means that they are not gonna talk to you about it, and they sent this only so you can know that they did read it... So you can't really know if they are gonna do something about it or not.

SAY WHAT?!?!?! I'm so mad! I waited too long! The CJ is(was) my man! This bites!! I'm done pouting i guess, but i agree with it being boring now. I haven't been here for any other boss openings, but isn't it making it harder for the lower suits now? or am i reading it wrong? either way, cj we are thru!! (for now)

They need to have a spot on the site to post ideas and toontown can put them in the game but like said you get no credit, no authority to...etc.
Developers don't know what it's like being a player considering they go in with maxxed toons. They haven't had to get gags from 0 to 10,000 at all. I personally think some of the players ideas from TTC(here) are better than the dev's ideas...

I bet that. Even the people who play the game have no idea as they get maxxed toons. They harly ever go online. I made a dev friend on test and as far as I know she hasn't gone on in 5 months.
