Ive never actually seen this happen in a CJ battle. But Summer Solstice I think it was said a while back that you DO NOT lose your gags you just go back to the playground.

My friends experimented and made a report on another site.

LOL if no one shoots their cannon, Bumpy says: "Oh oh, no Toon jurors. This will be a tough trial."

When the scale goes all the way down on the cog side, the CJ says: "I find in favor of the plaintiff" and everyone goes sad, but no one loses their gags.
