Smile Do I have this right?

I'm now being forced to work on my lawbot suit, and unfortunately, the name Jake will be poping up in the DA lobby more often. I just want to be sure I have the strategy down for the D office, so I don't make people angry with my noobish ways.
This is what I remember from when I watched my mom do DA's about a year ago, so I'm hoping it's still accurate.

6 floors - two battles per floor. Two people use fog, two use elephant on the first battle, next floor the toons switch. Second battle, lure, trap, drop, toon up. If you trigger a virtual cog, it's polite to fork up a level seven gag.
Is there any other strategy used that I should know about? How about strategy for playing with soundless toons(My mom never went in with them =\)?

Thanks guys, I hope I don't annoy y'all with my noobish ways in the DA office.

That is normally the gist of it. But if you get stuck with a bunch of bad toons they might choose other gags. But that method is the prefered way.

Yeah! I love playing that game. I take in my smaller toons all the time to practice it. I have the puzzles mastered, it's the cogs themselves I'm a bit rusty at.

You have the first battle with the sound on skelecogs correct. Pick a partner and take turns fogging with the other two toons.

The second battle can vary though, depending on how many droppers and trappers you have. The general idea is try to take out at least two cogs the first round (a common strategy is to lure and use trapdoor or hose with piano on the level 12 and a TNT (never on far right cog) or an organic cake (only on far right cog to ensure kick-back) on a 2nd cog. You may need to use a different stragety depending on what mix of gags your team carries. A quick strategy I like with at least three droppers is to have one toon use trunk while three drop on the level 11's leaving the 12 for last (with a lil toonup). Same thing with three trappers, TNT all the 11's and leave the 12 for last. If you're left with two cogs standing its common to take both out in one round with a cake and pie on each or a cloud and a hose on each (if you use squirt, be sure the cogs will kick-back as a cloud and hose won't take out an 11 without kick-back).

Hope that's not too confusing!

Dont do a puzzle if you're not sure of how to solve it. Let someone else do it. Remember the holocogs won't count for more Jury Notices.

If you like a puzzle and are good at it, dont be afraid to say "I like this game" to deter cheaters from phasing behind the wall to glitch it. Not only will they spoil your fun, if they hit the button while you're on the grid, you can get stuck and will have to X out and lose all that work - and Nutty River.

This is what I was going to write. You have the cog battles down. As for non-sounders, I have always just let them lead in gags. If I am in need of the 14400, I will make sure I go with sounders though. The DA is my nemesis and I want to spend as little time in there as I possibly can. If I am not in a hurry to do anything (pick kids up from school or whatever) I will go with anyone that jumps on the ele. I figure if they have enough laff to get on the ele, I'll go with them, even if we end up pieing, taking a hit, tooning up... I know my son doesn't have the patience to max all his gags before jumping into HQ, and I hope other toons realize that it is a kids game and are nice to him. So I am nice to other people's kids.

But yes, my biggest pet peeve in DA is the toons that glitch the wall and stomp the button before anyone gets a chance to work out the puzzle. OR even WORSE than that, is when I am 3/4 of the way through a puzzle and someone glitches and steps on the button, then has the audacity to say, "You're Welcome!" Oof! Smack! "That wasn't nice!" The puzzles are the only part of DA that I actually enjoy, "Don't be mean!"

You'll be fine hun. I have two toons that are working Lawbot now or soon. One is a BW 28 and the other will be getting her Law Suit within the next day or so. Hope to see you around the DA/CJ! As for the little toon, she'll be collecting her JN's on streets and in buildings until she starts needing too many. I avoid the DA at all possible costs. Or, I will bring her in with my bigger toon. Kill two birds (double set of notices) with one stone (a single DA)!

Mom

Soundless DAs are easy. By the toons I go in with, it's pretty much split between triple fogging and 2 fog-1 ele and I drop on an 11. Some perfer to blast through the 11s with an extra fog, others want to save them. I don't think either way takes much more time in the long run. 6 floors, 8 cogs on each floor- a DA D is a minimum of 48 cogs not counting the holos. YIKES.
