Pencil Smusher is maxed, and in my book you arent completely maxed until you've filled the gallery  Flippers McGurgle retired from law with a Legal Eagle suit. It looks good on him. He can do lobby parties. dumb dog is in limbo as a Spin Doctor 10 in need of 5500 JNs Kertruffle is a Bottom Feeder 2, waiting for a friend who might not return to Toontown. Last but not least, Iron Ham is a Spin Doctor 6. He looks forward to a BW suit in the near future so he can join in proverbial reindeer games. DA Shufflers please note: His TNT can take out 11s; it should max in the next few days.
