A 132 laugher not maxed in Lawbot HQ

You either must have just seen a lvl 50 and thought it wasn't, and/or you might have been seeing things

Maybe it was a Dev? (someone who works with toontown and can be any level, have any gags, and be any laff it wants without maxing)

I believe you. If it was a dog. We ran a factory together once he seems very nice. Back to the topic he was 132 laff with no suits maxed, but was collecting his merits for a promotion! I know that there were/are some other threads on this toon. So.... no you were not seeing things

Well, along time ago you could skip Laff tasks and such. There has I think been 3 toons who have done this and have a 132 without maxxing law. But, it's just an old bug that got fixed.

There is also a yellow fat dog. He got a bug where he started out with 18 laff instead of 15. He needs to max law, fishing and golfing.
