Okay.. so.. Me and my brother have always been curious as to how the level of suits influences the reward you get.. After a few CJs, we found that we got higher rewards if most of the people on the elevator were high suits (bigwigs, basically).
Going through, we decided to give each cogsuit a number. We created a formula to find the number of each cogsuit. let # = Cogsuit value and x = Level you are and t = the type of cog you are. then.. #=[5(t-1)]+[x-(t-1)] Curious on how the formula works? Click Here! Doing this, it we collect all the numbers and average it out, leaving one certain number.. We then figured the range of each reward and found some interesting stuff.. If the cogsuit value was between 0 to 9, the reward would be a random level one cog.(flunky, bottom feeder, cold caller, short change.) If the value was between 10 to 19, it would be a level two cog. 20 to 29 = level three cog summon 30 to 39 = level four cog summon (We have noticed extra gavels around this point) 40 to 49 = level five cog summon 50 to 59 = level six cog summon 60 to 69 = level seven cog summon and 70 to 78 = level eight cog summon Why 78, and not 79? Because a bigwig 50's value is 78, and that's the max. (Because we do not have any Wig 50's, we are unable assess if the value can go greater than 78 with every CJ after level 50) Now you're probably wondering, what affects if it's a building, normal cog, or an invasion.. That, we haven't really figured out yet, But we think it has something to do with the toons seated.. Let me provide you with an example.. Let's say you load an elevator with.. Bottom Feeder 5 = value of 5 Big Wig 10 = value of 38 Big Wig 45 = value of 73 Backstabber 6 = value of 22 Spin Doctor 7 = value of 27 Legal Eagle 7 = value of 31 Bottom Feeder 3 = value of 3 Double Talker 5 = value of 13 The average value of those numbers would be 26.5, thus meaning you would get a Level Three Cog Summon (Name Dropper, Tightwad, Yesman, Double talker bld/invasion/cog ) We are still looking into what affects the type of summon, but so far, we've tried our theory, and it's worked pretty well. You can download our excel sheet to help you find out what kind of reward you're going to get, before you get it. We would appreciate it if you share your results with us, along with how many you seated in the cannon round, and if there were any extra gavels or cogs. When filling it out, only write in the green background. Thanks. Edit: Averages we've got so far.. c=cog b=building i=invasion 8.625=Short Change(c) 12=Penny Pincher(c) 13.375=Telemarketer(b) 15=Bloodsucker(c) 17.29=Telemarketer(b) 21.25=Tightwad(c/b)* 22.25=Yesman(c/b/i)* 22.75=Yesman(c) 24.25=Yesman(c) 26=Tightwad(b) 26=Tightwad(c/b)* 26.125=Name Dropper(c/b/i)* 26.375=Name Dropper(c) 28=Double Talker(c) 28.25=Yesman(c/b)* 28.74=Tightwad(c/b/i)* 30=Micromanager(c/b/i)* 30.25=Ambulance Chaser(c/b)* 30.375=Glad Hander(b) 31=Glad Hander(b) 31.375=Micromanager(b) 34.62=Micromanager(c/b)* 35=Bean Counter(c) 36.5=Ambulance Chaser(c/b/i)* 37=Micromanager(b) 38=Glad Hander(c/b)* 38.125=Ambulance Chaser(c) 41.125=Number Cruncher(c) *Already had the smaller summons, so unsure. Best of Luck, and I hope this helps some of you. ![]() -Edge p.s. If you're clicked the link on excel, and can't find the download, it's near the bottom of the page.

Firstly, you have to understand what we mean by "Cogsuit Value". In simpler terms, you could call it the "Boss Battle Number", which simply means which boss battle you are going into. (For example, Bottom Feeder one would be the first CJ you've done, therefore it's "Cogsuit Value" would be one). Next, you have to understand what we mean by level and type. Level, obviously, is the level cog you are. (If you were ambulance chaser level 7, you would obviously input 7 as the level) "Type of cog" may get some people confused. We do not mean bossbots/lawbots/cashbots/lawbots, we mean if you are the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th cog. Now, to explain the formula itself. I shall break this down into two parts, each of which is one addend of the complete sum. Seeing as for each cogsuit (except the 8th) has 5 levels, we use the first addend, [5(t-1)], to figure out how much of "Cogsuit Value" gets added. For example, a bloodsucker level two has to have done five CJ's, because it is the second cog. (t-1) refers to how many cogsuit types have been completed(Meaning all 5 levels through that certain cogsuit type). The '5' completes the addend by making sure all levels of each previous cogsuit type is given some value for. The second addend, [x-(t-1)], adds on more "cogsuit value" within a certain cogsuit type. We use (t-1) again to find the "cogsuit type" of the previous cog. This then allows us figure out the level. Seeing as how each cogsuit level starts at it's "cogsuit type" (Double talker is the 3rd cog and starts at level 3), we can use the current level of a cogsuit, whatever level it may be, and subtract (t-1). This, added to the first addend, creates our whole equation. One part we are unsure about is if Big Wig 50's are always at 78, or if they go higher. We'll need more data to figure this out, so please fill in the excel sheet that edge posted and either pm or post it in this thread. Together, we can crack the CJ code: Toons of the world, Unite! |

That's what we're trying to figure out, but since we're only backstabbers, we'll need other to post their results to help us. I used to guess that it would bump it up into the 5th cog, but I've changed my guess. I had filled up my tightwad summons completely, and when I got something that was supposed to be a tightwad summon, it was bumped up to a double talker summon. Therefore, my guess now is that after you fill up all level 4 summons, the next summon that you achive that should be level four will bump down to a level 3 summon. Could anyone double-check for me?
