I have not figured out on the day but on some day we will gather in ToonTownCentral and Set out on teams to make toontown a cog building free
You may be thinking how can we keep the buildings cog less eeasy everytime we defeat a cog building we leave a toon in the toon building
this requires alot of toons I hope alot of u will sign up==== Bump up some of u may have been bumped up a nieghboorhood

Actually, if a toon is in the building, the cogs are just as likely to take it over, when they do you get a message that says something along the line of Oh no!A cog is taking over building!
I have seen this message numerous times, toons in building have no connection between the likelyhood a building will be taken over.

Sounds good but the leaving a toon in the building part probably won't work. I was in a building once and a cog came in and it sent me out and stuff. Sooo, I don 't know. If you're talking about something else, then okay :x.
