Thanksgiving Bash.

Hey everyone, I know it's a little early for Thanksgiving, but I guess I'm planning ahead is better then being late. Anyway, the point of this event is to celebrate the day our ancestors dined with the Indians, and how they were thanking for everything they had. On the few days of the celebration, we will be doing Jellybeans competitions, SHQ and CHQ competitions, and more!

Here is a list to what will be in the 3 days of the event.

-Toon Foot Races
-Scavenger Hunt (Clues will be posted on site)
-Kart Racing
-Building Battling
-Chq and Shq runs
-Karts Showoff (Top 5 Kart Show Off)
-Fishing
-Trolleying
More but can't remember them

Here is a ruff draft of the schedule in PACIFIC time:

Day 1
-10:00 AM to 10:30=Toon Foot Race(In TTC)
-10:35 AM to 11:25=Building Battling(In DDL)
-11:30 AM to 12:00=Chq Runs
-12:05 PM to 12:50=Shq Runs
-12:55 PM to 1:25=Fishing(In DG)
-1:30 PM to 2:05=Trolleying(In DG)
-2:10 PM to 2:55=Kart Racing
-3:00 PM to 3:30=Karts Show Off
-3:35 PM to 4:35=Scavenger Hunt

Day 2:
-10:35 AM to 11:25=Building Battling(In DDL)
-11:30 AM to 12:00=Chq Runs
-12:05 PM to 12:50=Shq Runs
-12:55 PM to 1:25=Fishing(In DG)
-1:30 PM to 2:05=Trolleying(In DG)

Details in the events will be described later on. The goal of amount of people that I will try to reach is atleast 50. More would be better so start signing up!

Basically, you'll now what to do and what is gonna be up as soon as we get to the right time. Right now I am in the stage of planning all the stuff that's more important about the event, like Scavenger Hunt plans, and stuff similar to that.

And I'm also looking for team leaders who will lead a Co leader, who will lead 3+ players depending on how much you wish to have.

Leaders have to have atleast 3 spaces for sfs. Leaders are in charge of keeping their whole team organized, and on spreading info. Co Leaders will be in charge of creating their team either out of their sf's space or the list of toons that will be joining(Yes, you can bring sfs too that aren't familiar to the site, but you must tell them the clues)

IF you come in late, you'll be able to join during the intervals/rest time,which are the 5 minute breaks. I don't think letting toons join in during the events will be a good idea because everything can get messed up.
