Unless you copyrighted the phrase, (meaning you paid over 200 American dollars), you can't stop anyone from having that name. Just because you say it's copyrighted, doesn't mean that it actually is.

Also, you don't have to yell and use caps and all those exclamation points. You could've simply requested, "I had an old clan by that name, can you please choose a different one?"

Besides, what use is the clan name to you if the clan isn't active anymore?

Isnt eve........omg ur such an idiot. Dude its still going on and weve taken over 200 cog buildings since June 28th. Dont tell me it isnt active because it is. I kept my word it will always stay around tt whether people like it or not! And i sorry i yelled my *** off but i said if i saw another Cog Destroyer group i was gonna scream and shortly after i saw this. Can u please change the name. And plus All these people say copyright storys and such. I get mad when people take part of my name. My clan was a secret service and then i made a thread a pretty long while ago that was fresh and then next thing i know theres tons of groups called Cog Destroyers.

Yea its a tall red Rabbit. which is at 109 laffs. Im usually on Legendary Dynasty Rabbit cuz im trying to get up to 117 laffs.
