No more Beanfests @ DD?

I took a break from toontown and I noticed that there were less people in Donald's Dreamland in Nutty River. usuallly that would cause some lag because of the ppl and they would give out gags, beans, & laff. Can anybody explain to me what happened to the "beanfest" at DD in Nutty River?

Oof. Disney fixed the jumping thing a while back. So now when you jump continuously like that without moving, (by pushing ctrl + esc?) you fall asleep with the ZZZs and eventually log out.
The world needs to discover the wonders of tape!!! It works...

Yes, exactly; Disney now made it so that toons are not able to "park" their toons in NR while they are away from the computer. The continuous jumping was causing serious lag, and that's why you don't see the same amount of toons in nutty river anymore. Ergo, there is no apparent crowd to whom toons can throw out beans.
