Design A New Gagtrack, Cog Type, And Playground

Alright, It's a combonation of Design A Gagtrack, Cog, and playground. Each gets two rounds.

Once I get 10 contestants and 5 judges we will begin.

Round 1: Design A Gag Track. Damage, Exp needed for each, Accuracy, and how many cogs it affects. You may draw a picture. NOTE: It must be something funny.
Round 2: Explain why you chose that gag track.
Round 3: Design A Cog Type. Tell us what the cog looks like, what the name of the cogs are, their levels. You may draw a picture.
Round 4: Where are these cogs centered? Do they have a HQ? Where would they range from 1-5 in difficulty of Cog HQ(5 being highest)?
Round 5: Design a playground. Who hosts it, playground name, theme, unique things about it, street names. Buildings on streets, buildings on the playground. What unique fish there are.
Round 6: Why should you be chosen to win? Please, atlease 300 words, no more than 1000.
