How do i put in my statue?

Open your book, go to the gardening tab, and click "Specials." It tells what beans to plant with each statue, if you've bought one.
Walk up to the gray platform outside at your estate and push "Plant Item." (I think that's what it says...)
Enter the beans and... There ya go.
