No Mac Toontown on UK toontown!!!

Can any one help.
We are now proud owners of a shiney new i-Mac. We are in the UK and have accounts accessed through the UK toontown site. These accounts cannot be accessed through the US toontown site.
When we try to play/download Toontown on the Mac we get an error saying we need a Windows operating system - we have Mac X (lepoard).
What can we do? We created an account on the US Toontown site and it works nicely on the Mac, we do not want to lose our loverly toons on the UK site

Pllleeeeasseee help

I happen to have a Macintosh, and live in UK, too!

So, we all happen to know The US & UK servers are the same, right?

Well... I actually USE The US site......

That's the only way I ever found to solve this problem!

The address to it is simply changed from Toontonw.co.uk, to toontown.com

I actually use The US site more frequently, because of the Fact they have updates there, more than here...

I Hope this Helps!

NOTE: you'll have to make a new Account if you use The US site

If you wish to use the UK server on your Intel based Mac, you currently have to use Boot Camp in Mac OS X Leopard to install a Full Genuine Version, (No Upgrade Versions) of Windows XP SP2.

Or get Vista. I'm running Home Premium on my Mac so I can play the full version. I had to shell out £215 for it, but the guy I was talking to said they were going to effectively abandon XP after SP3 to focus on Vista. I was initially put off by the negative feedback, but it works beautifully on my Mac.

Toontown can be a little painful to download (at least for me) but I did it and it's working perfectly.

But I don't know how to take screenshots.

Ive asked TT UK for a Mac version for ages. Nothing came of it though

There are a few ways that you can play TT on a mac.

1. As mentioned , Use Boot Camp to install Xp or Vista
2. Use VMware / Parallels to play toontown under OSX
3. Hope that TT uk will release a mac version soon

Edit : Actually forget Vista, TT UK has problems with Vista , so use XP

How long has Toontown US been for Mac? What's taking them so long?

And TTUS is also out on Vista. I think. And how long has Vista been out?

Sigh. What is the UK team up to?

Idk if it's possible but can you just create a new account on the US site and then have your UK toons transfered to the new account?
