Help! New Mac

Not sure if this is in any threads anywhere but I have a Mac and am about to go into Sellbot HQ for the first time. My one question: is the 'insert' key on a pc the same as the 'help' key on a Mac? Just wondering because I want to make sure I know how to throw them pies!

Congrats on the mac!
We have had our Macbook for a while and prefer it over windows by a lot.

One other question, when I click on the pie at the top, do I click and hold or just click? Seeing as how I've never been in there before I kinda don't really know what I'm talking about, I just don't want anyone to die because of my cat not knowing what to do!

Hold it and the bar will move back and forth.
If its all the way to the left it will go low and long.
TO the right and it will "Lob"
Also you can use Fn+Backspace(Delete on Mac)
and it works like the delete or insert key on Windows.
