Some files related to toontown are stored at Users/<username>/Library/Applications/WDIG. And the screenshots you take with the Command+F9 shortcut are stored in Users/<username>/Library/Logs.

The Macintosh File System is set up so that applications and their files are stored together in a package, the Toontown program that you actually see in the applications folder is actually a package containing the launcher, program and some program files, Disney programed that icon to launch the launcher when you click on it.

That explains so much! I didn't know where it was either!
