Omg Please help i'm throwing a fit!
Ok well we got a new computer and we had to download activeX control and when I try to download it it just refreshes the page and then I press play and then it tells me to do it all over again.

i don't have a mac...but from what I know you have to disable the setting that blocks the cookies. i think that can be found in internet options somewhere but since i dont have a mac i can't give you too much insight. if that doesnt work i'm very sorry i dont know.
