It may be that im trying to run it on 10.3.9 instead of 10.4 but it shouldn't matter. They should fix this bug as I've seen it on other games aswell.

I agree, looks like it's trying to find a file that is not part of 10.3 because the file it's looking for is in the library folder. Upgrade from 10.3 to 10.4 costs $129.99 USD

If you have a friend that has a mac, download it on theirs and see if it works.

It worked for me until last night when it suddenly had that problem.

My fiance has only a PC, so I don't have another mac to try it on :-(

Better send in a bug report if you get that error message again, this is the type of bug that disney wants to fix before the mac version reaches open.

I posted several bug reports even though it is a known issue. It sayd restarting browser may help, but it doesn't. I've been able to sign on to toontown test server from my mac twice, with days in between where i could not sign on. I'm so frustrated!

I havn't been able to log in for 4 days now. This is getting REALLY annoying!

Woo! I finally got invited. I'm James on the test server. Only issue I've had is music dropping out frequently and not coming back until I reload the program.

Actually, one of the minimun reqiurments for toontown is 10.4

I havn't been able to sign on in 3 days. So frustrating. "failure to update"
After the bottle fills and it does update.

Any advice?

If new people are signing in just fine. Should we delete and reinstall?

I was able to go on for about a week, then it stopped working. I keep getting "Unable to update toontown. Please contact customer support," or something like that. Now it's been 6 days...

I've got the 10.4 and it won't update at all. Then it says either it's a proxy/firewall setting (which I do not have) or a server problem. Can't even sign in.

I have noticed a lot of plug in related updates lately, maybe they are trying to fix the update problem.
