Well, my next computer is going to be a Mac, so this is great news! I was very surprised about the news and was not expecting this news, I was going to load Toontown on my future Mac by Installing Windows via Boot Camp. I'm still going to do that for when I'm running windows on a Mac, but for those who don't want to do that, this will help to bridge the gap between Windows and Mac.

My guess is that it probably will only work on the Intel Mac's because Toontown was built for PC's, but you never know, they might have a PowerPC compatible version as well.

I also wonder how they are going to handle log-ins and updates since IE does not have a current version for the Mac. The choice browsers for Mac are Apple's Safari and Firefox, both do not support ActiveX, which is what Toontown uses for updating the Engine.

I bought my MacBook Pro 2 weeks after i started playing TT and bought my G5 2 weeks after that. I wanted to get rid of all my PC but as soon as I tried to log in to TT I was depressed to learn that it was not Mac compatible.

I am not kidding in any way when i say that the ONLY reason i have kept my PC is to play TT. No longer....The PC will now go on to serve the function that it is best suited for...doorstop.

Can't wait... it may bring apon the ability to load toontown inside firefox, because its either safari or firefox, because there is no active x on macs.

Can I have your PC? I'll come pick it up from you, or you can send it COD. I'm not joking.

Oh, dude I was going to do the same thing! I was going to get an iMac when Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard came out.I was going to use Boot Camp (as well as my own copy of Windows Vista Home Premium(when it comes out)

Your most likely right. It will most likely come out on Intel Macs.Ever since Intel Core Duo came out a lot of Windows apps are coming out on Mac but now that Intel Core 2 Duo is on mac who knows what!

And Nick is right,It will either be on Safari or Firefox.I think that it might come out on Safari because... well I dont have a reason now but Ill just say that It's Apples main browser.

Yes, the PowerPC Mac's probably won't be compatible at all, but there is always a chance that a new game for the Mac will work on both. I'll keep an eye on this news...

NO!!!! And only because you're a friend. Friends don't let friends use PCs.

Well if u go to the toontown website you can sign up for teh test. And PowerPC's are compatable with it. is it going to be the same for both windows and mac, or will mac have its own server? I really hope they share servers

Its Extremly Likely that they will sahre the same servers since they can't seperate the servers, it'll cause more problems.
