Dear Toontown Guest, Thank you for your bug report. We're sorry you are having problems playing Toontown. For some reason, your log files were not sent with your bug report. Will you please send us the log files manually so we can attempt to diagnose your problem? To access your log files, complete the following: - Go to the Windows "Start" menu and select "Search" - Select "For Files and Folders" - In the "Search for Files and Folders Named" field, type "toontown*.log" - Click "Search Now" This should return a list of file names that look similar to "ToontownInstaller-030115102141.log". Please copy and paste the text of the latest log file in your response to this e-mail. You can send all of them or only those with the most recent date. We will review your log files and get back to you as soon as possible. Thank You, Roberto Disney's Toontown Online Member Services -------------------------------------------------------------------- When you locate the file, it can be opened with 'notepad' already on your computer, select all of the text, copy and paste into the area for log file in the report form. Look at the time/date of the file to be sure you are sending the very latest file developed, the one prior to shutdown. Deputy Dynowoof - wizard of his clan of toons |
