Ricky that on:

Nov. 21, 2005 Monday 1:00AM Eastern (still a sunday run for the rest of you)
7/7 Danced for 200 JBs (just what we needed)

*Super Monkey 105 MB6
Little Mildew TW6
Lady Raven Rockenwoof 101 SC4
*Fuzzysocks 114 RB41
Super Biscuit 107 PP5
*Ricky 117 RB50
Lady Taffy ?? SC2

Hey *Kid Bugs*, what are you saving gags for - Christmas? I didn't see a fog until the last cog. Our side had so many lure misses I lost count and I couldn't juggle to save a life - litterally. All 3 juggles resulted in 8-12 laff boosts on toons at 1/2 life. One cog to go & Super Biscuit joined us, I used my last juggle (which of course didn't fill anyone). *Kid Bugs* had originally picked a juggle too, but saw mine and switched to give me some dust! Maybe she was worried the store would run out of balls?

Goon round was just as sloppy, with at least Fuzzysocks & I getting down to 20 laff. Of course, all my new found craning skills went out the window with my lures & tu's. Thanks for your great protection Little Mildew and fearless craning by Fuzzysocks - you guys rock!

I was very worried about how this VP would go since we ended up with only 7 toons after ALOT of shuffling (3 toons jumped on and off the elevator). Thank you to Daddy H. Mouse for filling one of the vacated spots at the LAST second. As you can see the VP was a bit cruel in how he split the sides. We had 3 100 + toons on our side with Squeaky (Lucinda is over 100~not sure of the exact LP), while the other side was in the 60s and below. The cog round went fairly smoothly and I restocked throw to help get us through the Skelecog round. However, with only 2 of us having sound on our side, we could not go any quicker to help the other side without risk to Squeaky. None of the SOS toons I had would take out all of the cogs, so we had to lure and kill one at a time. The other side played very well and hung on as long as they could, but the lure missed several times and slowly they did the walk back to the PG one by one. Our side finished in full health, but the hard part was now to come. This VP was very jumpy (probably because it was for a 5 star SOS). WE got him down the first 2 ramps fairly easily with very good teamwork. I'm sure my teammates thought I was a bit crazy running around and around the VP when he was on the last part, but that slows down the jumping ALOT by distracting the VP. At one point I got down to about 26 lp and TY to Lucinda for that TOW unite. Everyone played great here. Good stunning and pushing. Overall this VP took 40 minutes from the start of the cog round to us dancing PHEW!! and AWESOME TEAMWORK!!

I briefly considered getting off so Hobbes could get on but I didn't want to cause shuffle since the clock was almost to 0 at that point.

I was confused, too, and like a deer in headlights, just stood there. Finally, it dawned on me to actually go IN the elevator. I was a bit slow last night due to pain medication, so I'll blame it all on that. Phew!

It was indeed a very unfair split. Unfortunately my lure (on Miss T. Fied) is only up to red magnet so I couldn't help my side at ALL with lure. I was very disappointed in how many toons jumped off of the elevator and was very grateful to Daddy H. Mouse for jumping on at the last second. Quite honestly, even with our low gags and laff, I think we could have pulled thru if we'd had just ONE more person on our side. Another toon would have made a HUGE difference because there were a couple of turns that 2 of us had to pass due to not being able to take out cogs with our gags while one lured. After passing, more would wake up and we would have to repeat that move. Because of this, cogs were waking up every other turn. Eventually, 3 woke at the same time and every one hit me... I was the first to go. Daddy H. Mouse told me later that lure then missed 4 times in a row, sending him and Lucky both back to the pg.

While it is always a disappointment to end back in the pg, I took great joy in how excellent the teamwork was. Had it not been for us working together, we would have been sad before the first round. I would welcome the chance to play with Lucky & Daddy anyday.... but I think I may work on my lure a bit before I take Missy back in.

November 20, 2005 3pm Central
8/8 danced for Clerk Ray

Loopy Goopy Zooblefingers 119
Mo Mo Mczapper 105
Princess Marigold Dandydoodle 91
Super Spiffy Bananatoes 107
Chunky Kookycrunch 106
Cucko Toppenhoffer 57
Fleabag Frinkelmuffin 26

I really didn't pay attention to who I was fighting with. So sorry. I think the first round I was with chunky, Cucko, and fleabag.. After that I'm clueless

I was a little worried about Fleabag, seems I had no reason to be though. He lived well throughout the entire battle

The VP was being a pain in the butt though, he enjoyed jumping and not opening his hatch up for us.... We still kicked his booty though. I'm amazed no one went sad during that one

This round got me to Mingler!!! WOhooooooo Thankies everybody!

In hindsight I knew I shouldn't have given you all the high bean Lure I bought last week.I was sooo busy getting you some working lure (due to you losing yours or it breaking) I forgot to get myself some.Oh well it was a blast and I agree with you that we did VERY well for our laffs and gags. There were more than one occassion I thought we were goners but we pulled thru.Well atleast I don't have to worry about merits for tonites run.See yah in the pit.

My good computer is gone this week, so I'm on the one that lags. I've disco'd by further lagging it with f9 screenies, so I have been forced to keep my fingers off the f9. It was a sweet n sour vp Sunday night 8 central that I'm hoping somebody else will report who has the screenies.

2/8 danced
Good ol' Murky Paddlefink
Prof. Tom Bumbletwist
Crab E. Dawg

Daddy H. Mouse
Help me fill in the rest of you great toons who were on this load

We all made it thru the cogs, but Sad sounds were coming fast during the skels. If only I was quicker with my unite phrases, we'd have saved Mr. Dawg. Prof. Tom and I finished the last several sets of skels alone. We looked toon eye to toon eye and said, "we can do this" and ran to the cage. Grabbing our pies with one of us back stunning and one front driving we were off to a great start. I don't know if we got tired fingers or if the angle of the pitch to hit the door changed, but down on the lowest ramp, we played tug of war with the vp mostly winning. He'd get to where the box was an easy target and we'd drive him back, only to watch him jump and roll forward again. Up and down we went. We battled for every inch. In the last few moments, I yelled for my daughter to come grab the keyboard and get in those final stuns so we wouldn't head back up yet again. She can get the angle right to hit the box without being hit by any gear bits at the position nearly touching the tread. While we danced, Tom and I, and we said, "Phew, you rock, we did it",we really meant it. It was a rush to win the pie battle as a two man team, and I have no idea what SOS card we got. I sure wish we'd all danced, all been there. Yup, Sweet n' Sour.

<snip--see above>
I had a toontown sound bug on my computer which was driving me crazy (kept hearing the sound of toons dancing out of synch), so I turned the sound off completely during the cog round. As a result, I did not hear the sadualities during the skelcog round. Yikes!!! No wonder you guys were making frowny faces!

I was the high laffer without sound on our side, and knew that two sounds would only injure the cogs and probably take out Our Dear Squeaky. Sorry we couldn't go any faster! I think that was the best we could do using lure strategy. I take a lot of flack for being soundless. It's enough to give a toon an inferiority complex! All I had was useless (to us) SOS cards like restock trap, 3-star trap, restock squirt, and 3-star toonup. None of my SOS cards were worth missing a turn for.

Once the skelcog round was over, my son was aching to do the pie fight so I let him at it. He's a pretty good pie thrower and rarely misses jumps, unlike his old mum.

I used a total of two TOW tu's during this VP if I remember correctly (1 during cogs, one during pies) and someone else used one as well during skelli's I believe. I felt so awful as I heard the other side going sad, but as you said, sound wasn't an option.

You all were an awesome group to run with, but I do agree that if people hadn't been jumping on and off and we'd had a full elevator we might have been ok. I tried to communicate to you guys to get closer to me when I used my TOW tu during pies, but I know I missed someone and you guys were too small to pie! You're very welcome for the tu btw, just so glad we all (that were left ) made it!

PS Lucinda was 102 for that VP and is 103 now.

Mister Snappy Reports that on:

Nov. 21, 2005 Unscheduled
5/5 Danced for CFO Run

Bananasplat 77 PP
+*Dog gonnit 105 NC
+*Makayla 82 RB50 -- Disconnected
Little Skipper 119 RB50
Big Bubbles Bananaberry 117 RB50
+*Ricky 117 RB50 -- Disconnected
+*Mister Snappy 112 RB20

Not a bad run... At first Makayla connected when we started to battle. Level 12s started coming at us so the three of us couldn't use sound. Ricky lost connection while he was at the crane, which gave us a little bit of confusion so we took some damage, but nobody died.
EDIT: 5/5 danced. Forgot that disconnecting doesn't count as a load.

I saw you say that, but I didn't dare tell my son to run over to you as every time I've given him advice and he's gone sad, it was all MY fault, LOL! I did reach over and select "I need a toon-up" for him at one point, and you gave him/Skinny enough pies to keep him/her going. And I hadn't thought about it, except for The Squeakster, we were all small in that pie fight! My son (Pro Googlesnap) ended up with more laff than I usually do in a VP. I usually end up embarassingly low because I stay really close to the VP. He pies the hole from afar.

Soundless is no problem at all for me! My HW50/RB50 (Mama Mondo) is soundless. You all were a wonderful group and we all did the best we could under the circumstances. You guys rock!

My son does pretty good at pies too, but he tends to miss the jumps! I have to stand back to shoot, idk why, just aim better from there I guess! It's sooo hard to tu someone when they're small, but I prefer my toons that way so totally understand it...but boy was I wishing you guys were taller!
