Yeah, but even the best lures can fail at least one time. And if that happens then the low laffer has about a 1/8 chance of making it through that round. Combine that with the 1/6 chance of a lure failing, and you have about a 1/5 chance of winning the VP. The odds are still pretty stacked against you.

Yes the odds are against them. A toon under 20 laff will not dance but maybe every ten trys at the VP (Salty, is that about right?). Once they get over 21 laff and can make it past the first level 12 cogs the odds go up greatly.
It takes teamwork, luck, and some great players helping to make it thru at that laff. It also helps with the little guys have big gags and can take out cogs without the help of others on the team. Quote:

I think that salty is me. Well my 15 laffer has a 4/56 record. Although the statistics dont do him justice. He has made it to the skellies half the times and one quater of the runs were over on the first lvl 12. So theres no way to mathmatically calculate my chances. i could ogt 10 for 10 one time but lose 90 in a row and it would be 1 outta 10 but it just wouldnt be supportive of my play. im 1/2 since i got my cake. Maybe gags can factor in but its a really really hard thing to calculate so i just go run by run.

It's much easier these days with tu phrases in play. Still requires quite bit of luck.
