Who is wolley?

Now I made another comic that ends the current episode/plot. This one involves a character from The Demented Cartoon Movie. That character is called the Zeeky H. Bomb. In case you didint see it, and since I dont feel like telling the discription of the character, here is a step-by-step way you can find out his discription [You need to know his discription to understand the comic]:

2. Move your mouse to the bottom of the square the cartoon is in
3. Fast-foward until you see a bomb with a face.
