Thanksgiving week marathons

In honor of Thanksgiving, why not host some marathons? Take your pick, we'll be here all week! Remember the usual CCG rules apply, and break for all regularly scheduled runs.

Wednesday - CJ marathon! Come to get all of those summons we all could use.Please remember, the majority of the toons who may be streaming through are maxed so the difficulty level may be higher. Be prepared for those runs.

After using all those unites to keep everyone alive (yes, we know you will!), what better way to spend Thanksgiving then thanking Mata for all those jellybeans we love so much? CFO marathon Thursday, November 27, Thanksgiving Day!

(Please be aware, many people may be spending Thursday out of town or busy fixing dinner so don't expect tons of people til afternoon)

Friday, November 28th - CFO marathon! Please come and enjoy all the fast unites. Bring on the jellybeans Mata!

Saturday November 29th - You asked for it, you get it! VP marathon all day. We stay for all SOS toons, no shopping.

Sunday, November 30th - Enjoy your last day of November 2008 with a CFO marathon!

District for all marathon runs - Boingy Bay! Back-up district, if needed and will be posted by someone here if needed, go one district down. Remember we do run in open districts, so if some toon happens to come across us make them feel welcome. If it becomes overwhelmed with others, feel free to change with the call.

Hope to see people at the marathons! I know I'm excited for them.

Nice, but I would like to see a VP marathon on Saturday (since I will possibly be maxxed!) and a CFO and maybe a CFO on Friday, and a CEO on Sunday!

Thanks for your suggestions. I would also love to see a CEO marathon, but the only thing that keeps me from that is most toons wouldn't be able to keep it going, as the higher suits take longer to refill to get in again.

I got school only Monday and Tuesday myself. That's why we are starting Wednesday, going to get my first laff boost in law and hope for the next 2-3 levels with it. But not sure on my full schedule yet.

CEO marathon would be way too difficult though.. well for toons who are in DS+ level.. no one goes in the mid 6's, and back 9's are so time-consuming.
I'd love to have a CEO marathon, but the demand of the stocks..

And a CJ marathon? Oooooooh coolio. Maybe then I'll find nicer people by the DA D?

we most definitely need a VP marathon sometime over the weekend...There are rarely any VP marathons...they're all CFOs lol and i cant do those yet

Have I mentioned CFO?

Some time between Friday & Sunday there should be a CFO marathon. My family and I have been looking forward to this for weeks. I was going to call one for the upcoming weekend. Thursday is a very busy day, give us another chance to actually attend a CFO marathon other then one of the 2 busiest days of the year

Great idea! My friend and I have been having bad luck with the CFO (on CCG runs only, too) and I'd love to get some wins in. VP would be nice too.

Considering I still have tons of SOS cards to use from the last VP marathon and the CEO takes too long for a stinky fire (that and I would rather sleep through one), I would like to see as much of the CFO as possible this coming weekend. So I have to say bring on the CFO!

Yes you have mentioned CFO. More then likely there will be another day of it, with a VP too. Just wondering what dates work best, would love for anything that works out for people's choice. As long as people show, but with Thanksgiving expecting it to be slow (which is exactly why I put that in the first post). I won't show any of what I am thinking the schedule will look like until Tuesday, I would like opinions from others too.

It seems that Zany did state her opinion in her post but when she also pointed out the holiday craziness, you became defensive. Lets listen to other opinions and not get defensive if it conflicts with our own. I really don't like seeing split up marathons. It doesn't seem like a marathon unless I go to bed and it is happening and when I get up it is happening. Thank you and good night.
