Sad CFO Run Sunday

I have had very sucsesful runs with my firt toon but this run was the first run in CFO with my second toon, Domino (108).
I did hear a few die in the last battle, but when i looked around there was only 3 of us left, and I was the only toon disableing the goons.
Unfortunately I got trapped in between a couple of safes and died.
Does this happen often?

CFO in my opinion is the hardest battle and yes, even the CCG loses that one at a pretty high rate. I would say 15% of the CFOs that go off end up in a loss. That still is a great winning percentage!

If you have weak craners they just cannot get to the CFO in the late rounds. If you have poor stomping, the craners are not protected when the CFO is red and things go downhill fast. I think good stompers can make up for weak craning and the opposite is true too. If you get down to 3 toons, then everyone has to stomp and crane. It can still result in a win if one toon throws safes to un-helmet the CFO and the other is ready with a goonie. Better luck next time.
