My apologies

I would like to apologize to those that I have been honored to run with for not reporting the runs the past cpl of days. Since I have been home from the hospital Tuesday I am not really able to do much, So I figured I would help out on a couple of runs when I feel able to. Writing names and laffs really gets me a bit dizzy and confused. So I figured I would just pack on and help as best as I can. So again I am sorry for not reporting runs.

Depending on my next Doctor visit, I may be around for about a week or so, then when I am giving the all clear sign I will return to my hiatus and get back to recuperating/getting healthier state of mind. See you all around when I can.

Thought you would like to know Craig, I passed out twice and don't remember a thing as to what happened right before during or after. I also banged the heck out of my head. I spent a couple of days in the hospital and the doctors ran all kinds of tests and cant tell me why it happened and am restricted from doing anything that would better my life since I am a diabetic. I originally quit because all I did was sit here and play TT after work.

All that inactivity is unhealthy for diabetics. After being out of work for over a yr (14 months of more inactivity) and just playing this silly fun game it is hard to motivate myself. Even after going back to work for the last 7 or 8 months, and still not fully recovered from the major foot surgery up until 4 months ago, it is still hard to motivate myself to be more active in my life.

My wife has tried but all that inactivity for over 2 yrs, not to mention the weight gain, has really gotten to me. After all the conversations with my family and doctor, I finally lit that fire under my behind to finally get up and be more healthy. And now this happened. At least I know why I was disabled and unmotivated but this passing out thing has scared me since no one can tell me why. All my test results came back negative for whatever they were looking for.

So to get my mind off my woes, I decided to just come back here and get my mind off reality for a bit and just help my friends and just feel better then mope around the house because I don't know why what has happened did.

lol you say, thanks but I figured I would just let you know what was up and why I am back after just 2 weeks of quitting. I didn't want people to think I couldn't hack it because I can. But with nothing else to do but just sit here and be inactive again it can be a bit depressing. But thank you for your concerns.

NO - NO - I really was just trying to make you feel better...we usually kid one another in our "disagreeing with one another posts" - I'm totally sorry if it upset you ... I always DO like to read what you write, even when we disagree (and we've had some monumental ones!) and I do hope you get better, because I knew a lot was going on from previous posts.

Please, please don't think I was in any way making light of things - you've had a very tough row to hoe - all I can offer is prayers and best wishes - I hope that they help.

(and as for reporting runs - that is completely understandable -don't worry at all - if half the people reported half the time - we'd have double posts on every run...)
