CJ Level - 100 laff to 132 laff
Now doesn't it make sense that the VP would be a little lower as one good hit can take out and entire group (24 laff or less)

(correction in bold, 71 is the absolute minimum)
The numbers do match up with the relative difficulty of the battle and the minimum laff required to enter. Ubers can easily be dispatched in the VP cog rounds if lure misses or other issues crop up. Very few sadualities are from the pie fight.
Since the CFO minimum is 71, about the only way a cash uber can die in the cog round is if all 4 cogs are unlured and alive (which will happen if lure or sound misses), all 4 are high level and they all target the cash uber (with either sweeps or direct attacks). This of course assumes that nobody is able to use a unite to save said toon. The crane round tends to be a bit more savage if things go wrong, as the goons can hit for up to 30.
Law's minimum laff combined with the fact that the worst hit you can take in the evidence round being 20 (and nobody can die in the cog round from a completely tooned up state), about the only ways a toon can die are from getting caught between gavels, or letting their laff get too low and getting whacked that way. Law is simply not that risky for toons at the minimum laff level compared to the other two. I would not call CJ harder than the other two, personally, it just has a higher barrier to entry.
