Complete lack of teamwork in the CFO + elevator woes

I am really getting irritated with this.. for the past 5 or so times i've done a CCG CFO, it's ended up in me alting because noone will cooperate.

In this previous run, the run fell apart when we hit the crane round. Two SFs went off and started chatting, alting less than a minute into the crane round. Immediatly all heck broke loose. Someone immediatly threw a safe at the CFO, and made it impossible for us to hit him. After I finnally got it off and got some good hits in the SAME person threw ANOTHER safe despite our pleas of "Don't throw a safe now!". In addition, this probobly wouldn't have happened but for one small reason- when it was time to board, (it was actully a few minutes past run time) NOONE would get on. Several Robber Barons just sat back on the platform and watched this group cry for help. I immediatly hopped on... and then the only Baron on the load shuffled off, leaving the group with 5 small suits. Noone jumped on. Finnally, another Baron got on and two small suits that started chatting the entire time. I don't understand why these high level, even maxxed barons are completely ignoring one of the most important CCG rules- pack on the elevator. This has happened the last 4 times i've done a CFO, and every time, I haven't recognized a single person from the CCG on them.

But anyways... the crane round probobly would have went better if there were more toons experienced in craning than me, but... I was sleepy too, and it was making it hard for me to remove his helmet.. and when I did, I somehow managed to miss every goon... mainly because of a toon that kept running into his treads right before I threw... and thus making the goon go over his head and into the zone of the toon opposite of me. Oh yes, and toons were mostly running all over the place and avoiding goons.. it was pretty tough, since there were only four of us left at this point since another toon had immediatly alted after hearing a sad song from across the room. I eventully had to alt because the red goons were everywhere and I couldn't survive another two hits because someone kept taking all the treasures..

Ok, i'm done ranting.. but.. this is frusterating me deeply.. I WANT to be able to do fun CCG runs, but based on the amount of shuffling and general rudeness, it feels just like more Nutty River...

Wait until runtime to enter the lobby, take a screenshot and forward it to an ambassador of any hoppers, get on, stay on, hang in there and have fun.

I'm sorry you had a rough CFO.
However, "elevator woes" complaints are not on the schedule until this Friday.

Here we go again, I'm thinking we need just a thread that says CCG Complaint Deparment. Its starting to look pretty ugly here. Maybe Susan can be in charge shes doing such a good job in the other thread.

Don't worry, I don't plan on giving up on the CCG.. it just seems that it's being overrun by greifers and non-members...

Oh my...I know that feeling. Seems the closer I got to maxing Cash on Miss Pet the worse my runs got. For awhile i won 1 out of every 5 I went on.

Have you been to the CFO training run? One benefit was that I got a chance to UNDERSTAND the battle AND I got better on the crane (still a long way to go tho) AND I had an opportunity to know some of the bigger toons here on a toon level.

Do you run early or late runs? Seems the afternoon runs have more children...and not as many adults...not that that matters...hmmm am I rambling? Try different run times...maybe that would help.

It was actully a late night run- I usually get on the early morning runs, but I had some free time last night and wanted to go ahead and try it.
