I want to remind people to not steal crane's. It makes the CFO slower, and it's annoying. If you don't get a crane, please don't bug someone to get off their crane - especially if they're getting many hits in. You should goon, and not let the craner get hit by goon's on purpose.

Lots of shuffle at the vator, but that is what we have come to expect on these weekend afternoon runs. I don't know if we had any CCGers besides me because I was the only one giving cudos at the dance. The cog and skel rounds went very well and the pie fight was quick. Just goes to show you, you can't judge a toon by his suit level!

We only seated 5 toons in the jury, and we had 34 POE.

I looked over to the line of cogs and saw that there were only one or two toons over there, so I thought I would give stunning a try. Only my second time. So I fit myself in to stun two while the others did 3 each. I think we got a bonus right off the bat, but then went a LONG time before another one. Since I am still pretty new at this, I am a bit oblivious to details of what is going on beyond the thing I am trying to do, and didn't really pay attention to who was stunning with me. My impression is that there was a change sometime midway, and wally chops pickle head replaced someone stunning. We got a couple of stun bonuses after that. Perhaps I'm wrong, though, and the others just got more into a groove. I don't think I'm a very good stunner, but gave it my best shot. Hopefully I'll improve with practice.

As expected, it took a while, and I occasionally heard toons being tooned up with evidence, but we all made it. Thanks for your hard work, everyone! Good teamwork!

Cog and skel rounds were NOT "like butter" and we lost Big Bro in the skels. However, the rest of us made it to the pie fight. Sorry to say we did not have any up-close stunners and we had a very jumpy VP. Needles to say, we got him all the way to the bottom and then he started back up. He got all the way to starting position right at the cage! We were all tired from trying to avoid all the jumps, but we persevered and finally sent him ove the edge. This was only my 4th vp on this dropless toon and I now have 3 worthless Shelly Seaweed re-stock drop SOS cards....sigh.

I was one of the other stunners and am also very new to the CJ. I can keep 3 stunned 70-80% of the time. I think wally pickle chops saw that we were having difficulties and came to help out. I think he took the place of the stunners getting evidence. Thanks for the help.

Lure left, kill right may have kept Big Bro from going sad. Three lured skeles, and Big Bro chose storm cloud on the cog to the the right. One toon chose toon-up, then the last two chose throw gags, aimed at the second cog from the right. Storm cloud wasn't enough to kill the cog on the right, and nobody chose lure. "Let's all go for the same cog"

The good news for Big Bro was that we were able to organize a Revenge run, thanks to all the toons that came. We had an easy time of it, using LLKL in the skeleround. (I threw a presentation to start). Big Bro didn't even get a feather ruffled in the cog rounds. The pie round then went well, but we had three stun jumps OUCH!

This was a very enjoyable CJ for me. The cog round was a blast, very well coordinated and a real joy. Thanks Blueskyz for using your opera voice. We were treated pretty roughly in the cannon round as just before the time went we had I swear 9 toons seated, and then only 6 on the jury to end. Harumph. Watching Obsidian stun, what was it, 5 cogs? and get us stun bonuses was amazing. I have never been in a CJ with this many BW and boy the gavels are much nastier and they seem to move faster -- am I crazy? You really have to watch where you stand. We easily prevailed due to the many stun bonuses.

That was a very.... Interesting run.

I dont have pics or names :-P But my side in the first cog round was entirely lureless. And we find out when we are lureless after laying down Tnt's. Kit ended up using my only way to lure (SOS card)

The other cog round was good and the seltzer round was ok.

I think 8/8 danced.

A historical moment this run - following a very recent account transfer for Pood, I can now play on TT with my family and this was my first boss run played with Angus! And on his suit promo run too - WOO HOO!

Pood and I introduced Angus to Scottsman outside the lobby but we had precious little time for socialising before we had to go in. There was a good turn out for this run - I don't think I remember seeing the lobby so full before!

Angus and I were separated for the cogs but knew he would feel quite comfortable <snip>

Well we made short work of the cog round - Raven indicated to us quite early on that she was new in this battle and immediately won the protective attention of the two Big Wigs and the Spin Doctor on her side (lol). Infinity even shared his Bikehorn and Squirting Flower with us to compensate for the overkill - very generous hun, thanks so much for that (lol).

We managed to seat 6 on the jury, earning us 34 pieces of evidence and 8 cogs to stun.

Angus feels more comfortable panning and Pood felt we could do with 3 on the stunning so we got separated again for the battle. I think we were stunning with Infinity and Toon Toonacious but forgive me if I have this wrong, my notes are a little sketchy. Pood and I were once again struggling with our not quite perfected 'notebook keyboard' technique and to be honest we were pretty tunnel visioned. We had also turned our sound down and was therefore getting hammered for 10 everytime the CJ jumped until we fumbled our way to turning it up a bit so we could hear what was going on! Still, we managed between the 3 of us to get a few bonus TU's and we never sunk below our comfort level.

The occasional shout to Angus told us what was going on over at the pan. Slow but steady progress was made, the CJ got beat and we all danced a merry dance for our reward.

Raven thanked us in the playground which I thought was nice - you are more than welcome - not quite your first time but you rocked! Well done!
