ToonTown Survey?

We have all participated in surveys and many of us have used surveys. Disney wants info about their client base and we can discuss what they are looking for and why all day long. My experience is that often you design a survey with a certain intent and then when the results start to come in you find other useful data, even evaluate the prelim data and revise. Never know.

Same here. Only 2 accounts, but everything you just said applies to me as well!

Yeah, I got the survey. I thought Toontown would put it on the page, not right in a sorta pop-up thing...

I just did the survey it asked me my age then it asked me how long i played i put 3months+ then it said thats all the questions today bye weird

Hmm, that is strange. My son picked ages 7-9, then was asked how long has he played TT, he picked 3+ months, then the survey said, "that's it for now, bye". Looks like different people got different responses although they picked the same age range?

LOL...I'll have to have my 9 yo daughter do the survey. She has all but abandoned TT for Webkinz. Hmmm...what is Webkinz doing right that TT isn't? Maybe I'll have to check it out...hee hee. Me and a bunch of stuffed animals!

I knew from this thread that age 18 and up would terminate the survey, so I had my 12 year old fill it out instead.

What we didn't know is that if you say you've been playing for more than 3 months at ANY age...........the survey ends and you get a "thanks" message. Apparently they only want to hear from new players, not us grizzled old warriors. <g>

Wow, really? When I took the survey, and choose the third oldest age group, I chose 3 or more months(I'm pretty sure 4 years is more than 3 months, lol) and I was asked a million questions.

I had the same thing happen to me twice when I picked the adult age group. I guess they dont want to hear the truth about TT so they just skip the adult age group, LOL! There is plenty of they would rather just not hear .
