Awww - I wish I wasn't EST, that's too late for me (I log out around 10/10:30 EST) because I have two children that are new to VP and I'd gladly help her out.
My young son doesn't even read/write yet and he's already a Telemarketer with his wedding cake. Talk about him being "a big boy"! As long as your daughter can understand the LLKR standard routine (unless Presentation is used), she'll do just fine. I barely watch over my son's back anymore when he isn't on my elevator or on my team. My pre-teen (tween) daughter on the other hand can read/write, but for some reason is a horrible TT player (we fight about her "skills" all the time and her lack of wanting to be a good team player or follow the "rules".) She gets grounded from the game quite often *laugh* If your daughter ever wants to go on any earlier runs later in the week, or on the weekends, my family can be sure to try to go with her. We have four accounts/computers (yes, we're nerds - husband plays too), so I'd be glad to help her out, just like the CCG has helped my kids out a lot! My son is Blue Fireball (39LP Blue Dog) My daughter is Petunia (46ish? Maroon Dog) I'm Marigold Bananascreech as my profile shows

I will definately be there. My son is about that age, and with only one account, the CCG has looked out for him.
Pie round I will be next to her and we can drive the VP over the cliff. A few CCG stunners and we will all have a fun dance, suit promotions and first victories are always the best. ![]() Sir Wilbur Octofoot |

THIS is why I love CCG!!! You guys are great!! I'm sending her to Boingy Harbor.
We're in Pacific Time, so that's why we're doing the late run. I'm sure she'll want to do more once she has a good first run so I'll probably get her to go on the weekend next. She's so excited! She'll see you all tonight! LFG |

Ooooooh, boy!
The VP debute is the bestest. I hope Mad Eyed Toony is up for it. He loves a good VP.
He's a 36laff uber, maxed in squirt, throw and has lvl6 lure, lvl4 TU and wears a Two-Face suit for the last time next VP. He'll be there. Mad Eyed Toony

We didn't get inside in time
She left on the first run, doors closing as I entered the VP lobby. I went on the following run with my girl friend, Beary Fuzzy Wuzzy (HW47) and we flew through the battle, less than 20 minutes. We didn't see them when we came out, so we hope she won on her VP debute.

What a Run. To Kill the suspense ...
Yes She Danced !!!!! First I need to apologize for jumping the gun a minute or two early. She was really anxious and I said Let's Go. I could tell she was getting excited by her toon running all over the place and I didn't want to lose her. Thank you for showing up the support was very touching. That is why CCG is best place to run the bosses. What a battle. First a rarity happened and that was that I was on the same side as the person I play with both times. I have gone on runs with three friends and I am on the other side by myself. We played the LLKR strategy pretty much throughout the first round. A miss lure but no serious damage. It is 3:00 am where I am from and my mind thinks it was Myself, Miss Bubbles Fuzzygoober, Captin Bonkers, and Granny Peanut Dizzybubble who I have run 4 or so VP's with lately and is my friend. Granny was great on the lures and we breezed through the first round. Skele Round was the same except we had Crazy Yippie Frizzledoodle who is Granny's friend, and someone I have enjoyed 4-5 runs with. Her Lures worked, mine failed, we used a lot of squirt. Poor Miss Fuzzygoober must have not packed enough squirt, which we did a lot of. I had a squirt unite ... sorry to everyone for the gag overkill, but I wanted her to be active in this. I think we used 2 squirts after the unite, oh well, guess I got to earn another one. After both rounds all 8 were still left. The pie round was something else. I take a lot of the blame because I stayed next to Miss Fuzzygoober whom I promised myself would not go sad if I could help it. We drove him down the first ramp quick, then we struggled a little on the second ramp, and we really struggled from then on. I was too busy making sure that Miss Fuzzygoober would win first time out. I kept tooning her up, I noticed most of us were tooning her up. I thought I was in a Stooges pie fight, but that is why the CCG rocks, they look out for everyone. Then again it seemed like the door in the front wasn't opening like it should. The pie round took about 20 or so minutes, but we drove the VP over the edge. Miss Fuzzygoober, as well as the rest of the group, played very aggressive. She was constantly trying to stun the VP. Things got scary when she got hit by a gear and the VP jumped and she took 10 while still on the ground. She was down to 14 laff so I moved next to her and used a TU all, she was not going to go sad if we could help it. Her reward for all this? A Nancy Gas and she is now a cold caller 2. It is nice to watch someone dance who has never danced before. Minipups2 should post the official report. I just gave an overview. I want to again thank everyone for coming out and showing their support. Sir Wilbur Octofoot PS my motto for tonight was "No Toon Left Behind" |
