I am sorry to hear about your DA misfortune. It must be such a pain, having lost all those level 7 gags and not make it in the end. I think that's why I have been avoiding the DA office and focus on sell and cash first. I try to go to DA office with friends, but I have gone with random several times and have been lucky so far. Maybe next time you should go with your friends.
I like to go to office A for low jury notices, but most toons prefer D (sigh). I went to office D 2 nights ago, with one toon that does not need jury notices, and he engaged the clerk before invasion started! Well, the three us had no choice but to help him, and miss the double notices from invasion. What can you do? Now I need to go back to D to get more notices. Angela |

What fun, running with Randoms!
Sounds pretty bad, but, how would you have felt if only you'd beaten the last cog despite everything? I bet you learned lots though; checkin other's gags, learning to ignore stinking, wishing you had better phrases to use, and, most of all, wishing that CCG would designate a DA/Mint/Facory District other than *&$%£ River. |

I totally feel for you. I have put off cash for Sally because I can't go in a mint with anyone who has any common sense. If you wanna DA again, I go in there quite a bit on my smaller toons, but very rarely go with randoms. If you wanna meet up and go together, I'd be happy to go.

However, it's probably a good time to restate that the CCG isn't about winning, that's not our goal at all. The CCG is about packing on an elevator without suit and laff discrimination and not shuffling for friend or foe. We don't jump off because our friend didn't get on, or because the suits look inexperienced, or for any other reason. The other thing that the CCG has earned a reputation for is teamwork. There's no place in all of Toontown, that I've found, where toons who don't know each other care so much. They read strategies that work to help any laff dance, they throw unites for toons they don't know, they check laff and tune up during the battle, they really do care. They don't stink and yell and fuss and pout like the OP's horrible DA.

want some help?
I know of three toons that need 14,400 jury notices. Little E, Loki, and Master Wally Biggenpoof. We will probably be in Nutty River tonight starting those. If you still need jns, then send me a pm with a code. I can add you to my list and we will take you through an A, B, C, or D. We work very well together and usually will take down a level D just the three of us. So, I know we can help you out. The only problem is we usually talk constantly through the runs. But, we are talking about our kids, work, and other things. So, if you don't mind the arf arfs from Wally, and the grr grrs from Loki, we don't mind helping you out.

About the DA, I can see why you're upset. A 4 hour C office is crazy! I think I'd have left after the first 30 minutes. I'd defiitely take up an offer to go with toons who know what they're doing. Best of luck to you both. |

I gave up on da offices and only do buildings now for lawbot unless i can gather a group of sf's to go with me. With a cj though if i have level 7 gags on me then i want to win. Also i can never make it for the ccg runs because i have to go to work when there on and i think it would be better if you had cj, cfo and vp runs all at the same time so each toon has a choice

OMG! I would seriously do this if that happened ...
![]() A cat ya say? Wowza, & it was blue, h'm. That cat you were talking about sounds almost exactly like the cat I went into a CFO with. Apparently I'm not the only one dealing with cats. As of late, cats have been just downright disrespectful to me & I don't know why? Do I offend? All I've given is my best & have been the nicest toon I can be to others. Well, anyway, I really hope you have better luck the next time you decide to do a DA! Good Luck!! |

If I did beat the DA it would have been much better. It would make the whole thing at least a little worthwhile. (Especially the part of only having one cog to go with his red blinker on bugs me
) Stinking us, because I couldn't pick up her mental message that she was probably training toon-up was just... omg.Toons gathering at D are usually 120+ laff, needing much higher jns, but I don't need much yet, usually A or B will cover it (everyone was there at some point). I really wouldn't want to have to do a D for 300 jns. ![]() Word to toons. Don't get yourself into one of the Worst DA's Ever like I did. Don't go with untrustworthy toons. |

First, I just want to say that I am SO sorry about what happened to you. I can only imagine how frustrated you must have felt. If I had been you, I probably would have cried upon going sad. How aweful!
The more das I did, the more picky I became. Eventually, it was rare for me to do a da with any toons below 120 laff. 120 and up randoms seemed for the most part to know the ropes. If I only needed A or B, I usually went ahead and did D if a group didn't come soon, because it wasn't worth the wait. However, If I was in a really helpful mood, I would be willing to do A with lower laff toons. |

I have just reached the level where I need to do DA's and can say while I have not gone sad (yet) I have gone from 120 to 13 or less, after using unites and SOS cards just to get through while frustrating, like Orange Cat stated, it does make you a better player. I would also like to extend an offer for you to send me a PM with a code and would be glad to help you with whichever elevator you want to use. I know that "C" can be done with 2 toons if you have a couple unites....lol.
