Let's play again and again and. . . !

I went on the regular evening CCG run. I didn't get all the names for that first run and I'm not sure if anyone danced. I do know Ugly Rufflejinks was with me. We ended up getting swarmed with goonies and Midnight followed Rufflejinks back to the playground to check out her pedicure. I was shocked. Midnight is a Loan Shark 10 and this was the first time she has gone sad in a CFO.

I was quickly surrounded by CCG members who threw unites at me for toon up and gags. Man! I was feelin da luv!! I had lots of whispers of "Play Again?" You guys certainly know how to cheer up a sad little kitty! Included in that group offering revenge was a certain stinky cat -- Noisy Furball Megascreech. In spite of the stench, we ran our toony feet back to HQ for another run. In all of the excitement we started boarded the elevator then realized too late that a couple of toons were still headed up the stairs as the doors closed.

We left with 6 toons - Noisy Furball, Ugly Rufflejinks, Doctor Chirpy Gigglepocket, Cuddles, a name I'm forgetting, and Midnight (is that correct? it's sort of a blur). Cog round was a breeze except when Noisy pulled out a bike horn for that last lvl 11 cog. Good grief. We moved on to the crane round and things quickly fell apart again. Goonies swarmed and sent Midnight back to the playground. AGAIN! What in the world??

Even though it was well past my bedtime (so what if I'm late for work this morning?) I simply couldn't pass up the chance to board again with such awesome players. Besides, third times a charm, right? This time we were joined by Super Bonkers Rockenzilla, and a little cat - Doctor (something) Purpletoon. Someone please help me with the names here. With some awesome teamwork, Midnight found her groove again and 8/8 danced for a 20 tu unite. Sweet revenge!

Because of the CCG spirit shown last night, I felt this deserved it's own thread. I was overwhelmed with all the whispers to play again - including Ladybug Picklemuffin. A big thank you to my CCG sfs and non-sfs alike. You guys are amazing! And you are the reason I'm still playing this silly cartoon game.

Thanks again you guys! Now I have to go get more coffee so I can stay awake today.

When I logged on to TT and TP'd to Super Bonkers Rockenzilla's other toon Cool Clyde Dizzybocker he asked me if I had bux to CFO and told me you and Ugly Rufflejinks had gone sad and were going to make a revenge run.

Well... apparently when I had stopped playing the night before I had not restocked my gags. I TP'd to you and boarded the elevator and immediately noticed only 6 toons got on. Being a member of the CCG I stayed on to give it my best shot. When I got off the elevator I realized my gag bag was not full but fortunately there was a full stock of lure and throw gags as well as my level 7 gags and we managed to get through the round with no problem.

I managed to get a crane but for some reason had trouble hanging onto and throwing goons so it was a little slow getting the job done. When the reds came out in swarm mode things started falling apart and you couldn't mistake the noise of toon after toon going sad. When my laff got down to three there was one other toon trying to stomp and get a handle on the swarm and I apologize to you for leaving but I Alt-F4'd out to preserve level 7 gags.

Glad I could get my laff up fast, gag up and return for the second revenge run with you. This time everything went better including defeating the CFO in record time. Thanks to your advice on our many runs Davanna, I was able to stomp the goons without too much trouble.

Great Job everyone for pulling together and helping Midnight and Ugly Rufflejinks in their time of need.

Davanna, you are the nicest and most considerate toon I have met in TT so far. I am so happy we are friends.

Kevin, you are a sweetheart! I looked at your gags, and noticed you didn't have storm cloud. lol. But I figured it couldn't have been any worse than the bullion I went in with only 25 gags. (oops.) I wasn't worried about the cog round. It's those darn goons who just refuse to be my friend!

Even if you're calling my sweet pink kitty stinky! Bike horns are purrfectly acceptable on a level 11 Cog, aren't they? Glad I could help you dance, I'm sorry our short load went south. I run them short so often I was surprised it went sour. I couldn't stay on a crane long enough to throw goons or remove a safe because of taking goon hits. I tried to tell you to crane as I would stomp for you, working in one area at a time. By the time Ugly Rufflejinks and I were alone together, there was no time or way to explain the strategy. I tried to keep the goons stomped around him but by that time there were just too many. Once he left I alt'd to try again.
I made a new friend last night from those runs, and we ran a few more before I had to call it a night.
Let's play again tonight. Go get some more coffee, meet here.

Aww! You are the best! And she is a sweet kitty - bike horns or not. What's funny is I love the short loads. The 4-toon runs are my favorite - usually very fast. So, while it was unintentional, I didn't mind going short.

When you said you would stomp, I hopped back on the crane but got knocked right back off again by gears or lights. I tried running to the other crane where there were fewer goons - I couldn't even grab a safe to drop on the swarms of goons before getting knocked off again. It was just one of those freaky CFOs. Oh well.

I was one of the lucky ones, I never knew about the randoms becuase I had friends who knew the CCG. Its the spirit that keeps me coming back!
