Just got back from the 8:00 pm est VP and everything went so smoothly! There were HW's lined up along the sides and two or three would pack on as needed. There was absolutely no shuffling that I saw. Yay!!! When I got on the elevator I was able to see the timer just fine, so big suits can keep lining up on the sides like that and hopefully discourage the shuffling. I thought it worked out great!!

I have to agree with QVH on this one... looked like at least 2 to 4 big suits per load and I didn't see any shuffling either. I even commented that it seemed to be going much more smoothly than in the past few weeks.

Along the side of the platform is usually where I stand to watch what's going on and then I know I can rush an elevator if needed. Glad to hear the loads went well. I was racing to finish merits on Britannia so I could take her to vp but didn't quite make it.

Little Pickles Juice - perhaps you could give us more information as to what went wrong. We will do our best to help you out but we need more than "it was a wreck" to be able to help. Feel free to PM one of the mods or ambassadors and we'll try to help you.

I ran a few runs with one of my smaller toon tonight and vp was great...

The loading was much better today. I loaded twice tonight. Just a little slow on the CFO at 8:45 pst, but it was hard to see if there were spots open. They all got filled with time to spare. Wish the rest of the runs had of gone as smooth. Disco'd in VP, went sad at CFO, but had an awesome revenge run.

I thought it went pretty smooth too.
I had no troubles getting on the elevator with Tree Climber.

I just have one thing to add.
When the timer is counting down... please try not standing infront of the elevator, because your toon's name can distort those that are on the elevator for screenshots.

I'm glad to hear that loading went better. Let's not lose sight of the fact that the CCG and its membership are nothing more than good hearted, fun loving people that gather at a specific district and time to go fight the big guy. Neither the CCG, nor its Ambassadors can control who gets on the elevator, nor can they control how people chose to behave.

If we all do our part and pack the elevators, this will help alleviate some of the shuffling I've been reading about. Since our runs are on public servers, our only way of combatting the shuffle is for members to pack the elevators when someone decides to shuffle for what ever reason.

Great point! It's generally the randoms and friends of ccg'ers and the like that cause the shuffle. If you get on an elevator, stay on! If someone hops off, hold your ground - a true ccg member will fill that empty spot.

A few days ago I brought a friend with me to a ccg run. I told her beforehand that no matter what don't shuffle, stay on the elevator once you are one (I didn't have time to give her the LLKR lecture, but was pretty sure she'd do all she could to keep her teammates alive and kicking). We went in and went to load - she got on the elevator, realized I wasn't on it, and got off again. *sigh* I took the spot she vacated and gave her the lecture again after - and sent her the link .
