Grand Prix weekend

What the heck is the use of going to it, even to have fun, if competition is hardly equal due to some people using a speed enhance program.

I love the people who leave 2 seconds before the race starts (obvious cheat)_ and still come in 4th place.

Actually, this is not a cheat. Happens to me all the time. Even though we share an internet connection my computer seems to let me start races before my husband. But since the placements are based on your actual race time and not the position you crossed the finish line, he sometimes still beats me. It's just how some systems lag.

I don't think there are speed enhance programs

I know there is a glitch in Blizzard Boulevard that one toon uses over and over again, but other than that toon I find racing even.

My percentage of wins and sweeps is quite high. If I race with four toons is when I have the most trouble. Because then there are three toons with a chance to get an anvil. Since I am usually in the lead, I get anviled about three times per race.

In head to head battles with randoms I rarely lose. So, I mostly look for one on one confrontations. (Gee, imagine that.)

I do not glitch.

I do not have a speed enhancing program.

My latest statistics for grand prix
17 qualifies
16 wins
12 sweeps

The one I did not win was against the glitcher on Blizzard Boulevard. He won Corkscrew, I won Airborne acres, he glitched Blizzard. No I did not race him again. No point to it. I proved I could beat him on a fair track and he could only beat me by anviling me or glitching. Yes, I sent in reports on him many times, but he still does it.

The most equal race is Speedway Or Corkscrew. If I can win that one then I know I will probably sweep. If I do not win that one then I will probably win the grand prix only.

Actually this is a huge disadvantage. It happens to me and I hate it. Due to lag, the server considers you to be in the lead, so you cannot pick up anvils and will be the target of anvils. However at the end of the race the victory is determined on the race time as determined by the client. There are many times where I finish the race and then watch the next person finish but still come in second. It's all due to lag. It leaves the person that this happens to with a choice, either leave "on time" and be the target of anvils, or wait so that you can get anvils and effectively give everyone else a head start.

I am very close to the same stats as you. When I race a grand prix with randoms, I very rarely lose. I dont know my actual statistics, but I win grand prixs(sp?) about 90 percent of the times. But they are normally not sweeps, though. I win corkscrew, I royally stink at airborne, and I rock on blizzard.

Is there a glitch for losing and being the slowest on the track? Because I think I'm doing that glitch without even trying!:39a:
