Angry What is up with CCG lately?

I have noticed real low laff level toons at CCG, like 34 aqnd 15, not mentioning names. I was at VP today and was stuck with a 34 and a 15 who had high level gags by the way. They died and me and another toon was left to fight the cogs ourselves. This number one, is not fair and number two, how are they even getting in there? What is the point of having CCG when more and more low level toons keep showing up and sneaking in the elevators? This is not fair to the others. Also, I have been stuck lately with toons leaving the elevator at last minute. I missed out on a CCG run for CFO because two toons walked off. By the time I returned it was over. Can't something be done about this? There should be a laff level limit to who can go and not go.

Well, I guess you all answred my questions. So what you all are saying is, anyone can go and anyone don't have to follow rules, which means, anyone can walk off the elevator when low level toons come on, right? Why are there rules then? It just doesn;t make sense to me.

They're called ubers. >_> I guess people do them for fun. It is pretty fun being like.. a 35 or below laffer and fighting the VP. You'll need to do the LLKR (Lure left, kill right) strategy to keep them alive.

IMO, it shouldn't be restricted. >.> Bleh. CCG runs are for everyone, meaning every laff toon is welcomed. It just won't be that exciting if everybody there was a 90+ laff now.

I have low level toon that I'm playing at the moment. There is alot more thrill surviving with a smaller toon than with the larger ones. Right now I'm at 34 laff and will not take another toon task because they are all for a laff boost. My other toon is somewhere around 113 and taking a 24 laff hit doesn't have the same impact.

The CCG is a group put together by some wonderful people to help these lower toons. Not one place in the CCG guidelines does it say you HAVE to be a member to attend nor does it say you are gonna come out of it in one peice. The main points are to get on the elevator and stay on and lure left, kill right. This doesn't always happen. Lots show up without ever reading the guidelines because.....well.....lets put it this way.....Friend "A" tells a friend "B" that the CCG helped him beat the VP. Friend "B" shows up for a run thinking a win is guanteed and never was told who the CCG was or there were guidelines. So to answer the things you pointed out....

"This is not fair number 1 and number 2 how does a 15 level get in there anyway?" There should be some laff level limit of something because CCG seems to be open for anyone, what is the point then?

This is not fair number 1
Is anything in life really fair? I'm not saying this to be mean but is it? Is it fair that older brother/sister gets to stay up longer on a school night? Is it fair that the co-worker in the next cubicle makes 50 cents more and hour? Is it fair that the neighbor has a greener yard?

number 2 how does a 15 level get in there anyway?
The 15 laff point person gets there the same way you did. They pay the monthly subscription, login to toontown, navigate through the game, and hops on the elevator.

There should be some laff level limit of something because CCG seems to be open for anyone, what is the point then?
Even if there was a laff limit how could this be enforced? Its a public game on a public server. What would give the CCG the right to deny access to any part of the game? That is not what the CCG is about. The CCG is about making friends and helping people out. Not everyone on that elevator is a CCG member. Some elevators even get sent off without a single CCG member in it. You just take your chances when you load, hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. But most of all You have fun with it.

And before you ask....
NO I am not a true member of the CCG. My views on this are because I have made these runs with them long enough to see all this.

Sorry but thats just my two cents worth.

I'll keep it short - CCG does NOT discriminate according to laff points or gags! If you want to go with certain level toons, arrange private runs or go to random runs.

Many of those low laffers with great gags have played for a long time and know what they are doing - they play those toons for a challenge and understand that they will often go sad. Good teamwork and understanding of how to play often ensures that they dance.

Big part of CCG is that laff or gags do not matter. Those toons were uber toons. Toons with low laff (usually) and high gags. Either way it should not matter, I have gone with 4 low laffers and made it out fine.

If you lure left kill right as the accepted strategy suggests, then the uber will get by the cog rounds just as anyone else - as long as a lure doesn't fail.
