I typically don't make comments about runs, but this really upset me.

I don't know who this Bunny is but he needs to let people stun their own cogs... I am perfectly capable of stunning cogs and am quite good at it. Yet, it seems this toon didn't trust me enough to stun my own cogs. Everyone has a job to do in the CJ and if you don't let the toons do their job then the battle is lost.

Sorry for the rant.

I'm really sorry this happened to you. I can see it was upsetting.

I wasn't there so I can't say what happened in your run BUT....I've been in runs where

(1) Someone felt the need to stun other people's cogs and

(2) I felt the need (tried to resist it) to help someone stun cogs.

I think the first is because a toon is new to the battle and doesn't really know what to do.

The second happens because of lag. Either the person stunning or mine but I don't see them hitting the cog.

Another option that I experienced yesterday while playing with Monk E, who stuns 3 with perfection, and 4 when I take off for gags...while the toon on my other side, takes on 3 or 4 and I'm not even missed in the lineup. When I returned...if they go to 2...it throws off the rhythm and it's sooooo easy to hit the cog too soon, before the stun is worn off...so you must rehit it...grrrr. He apologised for hitting my cog.....but it kept his rhythm going..and the bonuses flowing...all good in the spirit of teamwork. Not a big deal to double hit a cog.

So...I'll hit whatever is left in my area and hog the evidence and be ready to take on 3 when he goes for evidence. Or...today, when they had it covered by hitting 3 cogs, I aimed at the pan from the cog line when the bonuses were giving us double weighted evidence.

I recognize that this might not be the case for you...might be a toon doing everything all wrong since they didn't know what else to do. However, it's possible to relax and think of other things that might be going on and ways to adjust and fit into the teamwork picture.

Both of these are excellent explanations.... and I hope that these senerios explain this toons behavior. It wouldn't have been so bad if he hadn't been missing his own toons causing me to me knocked down by their evidence and causing us to not get anymore stunned cogs bonus. I eventually went sad because of it ( mind you the sad part doesn't bother me). When it first started happening i moved to different cogs because i thought he wanted to do them but then he followed me to the next set and started doing it again. Mind you we had 3 reliable toons going for the scale and at that point 4 toons stunning and when this started up it was very near the end.
