And secound you dont have to go to every battle.Your decision to join them on runs and we cant help it if people not in the CCG list come.And think of the key as this.Once you get all your merits,bucks,jurynotices it'll be like a key to get through a door and in this case the elevator.So once you max the bosses you'll get to keep the "keys" for them so you can get through the door all the time so you always get into the elevator without having to get anything.
