Our ambassador team is AWESOME! They are the eyes, ears and feet of the CCG.

They are there to help make sure the runs go as smoothly as possible. They are also very knowledgeable about Toontown and the CCG, so feel free to contact them with any questions you have regarding strategy, reporting runs, uploading screenies, where to find the best deal on airline fares JK…. feel free to contact them about anything Toontown or CCG related.

Sometimes you might just be frustrated and need to vent. Rather than make a negative post, let off some steam to one of the ambassadors…I’m sure they can identify with your frustrations.

Please remember at all times though that this is a kid’s game and we often are playing with small children who are prone to be jumpy and who may not be able to read. Also, each player is at a different skill level. Just because someone doesn’t play the way YOU would play, doesn’t make it wrong. And… mistakes happen…so cut people some slack. Read through the guidelines on the official schedule page. Those are the things with which we are most concerned….they are the issues that affect teamwork.

However, if you have a problem with someone not following the CCG guidelines or seriously putting the team in jeopardy because of teamwork issues, contact ONE of the ambassadors, preferably the one you see most often at your runs. The ambassadors collaborate among themselves and with the CCG mods so contacting one of them is sufficient.

The next post has a form that will help you supply the ambassador with the information needed to conduct an inquiry. The more information you can give the ambassador, the faster the issue can be addressed. We consider all parties innocent and expect that an impartial inquiry will produce a logical explanation of the event. One of the main goals of the contact is to give information or reminders about our guidelines in order to make the CCG an even friendlier group.

If you do not receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your pm, within a reasonable amount of time, please re-send your pm or contact another ambassador. Sometimes Real Life can get in the way and things might fall through the cracks.

We have developed this form to assist you in making reports to the CCG Ambassadors and Mods of questionable toon behavior on a scheduled CCG run.
There have been numerous times since the start of our Ambassdor program that we have all seen publicly posted threads(sometimes accusatory), of questionable behavior before or during a CCG scheduled run.
These types of posts/threads are not good for a number of reasons. For starters, sometimes these types of posts openly flame others which is against TTC policy. Secondly, these types of postings shed negative light on the CCG as a whole. These postings can and do shed negative light on the toon/toons being named and sometimes even the complainant themselves.
Postings such as these tend to "draw down" the CCG members morale, they can cause fights and hurt feelings within our member base.

For these reasons we ask you to privately contact a CCG Ambassador or Mod when you have issues on one of our runs.
We also ask that you provide us with screenshots of the behavior if at all possible~A picture can be worth a thousand words.

This is just a guideline of the information we like to have but if you have problems and don't have all that information...please contact us anyway. The more info in the report, the easier it will be to research.

The following toons have agreed to be listed as Ambassadors for the CCG. They are the toons that the CCG should go to with any CCG related question or problem. These include (but not limited too) problem on a run, questions about various strategies, etc... Any problems that they can not handle themselves, or that are deemed to be something that should be handled by someone else will be forwarded to one of the CCG mods to handle.
