Additional Comments:

- We do not go into these battles expecting to win. The purpose of the training run is for you to get as much good training time on the crane as possible. Nobody here is going to be upset if our group goes sad. In most cases many will regroup and give it another try!

-Please don't bring friends along for this run who didn't sign up. I set up these groups into teams to ensure that we have a set amount of craners/stompers for each team. When we have randoms show up it tends to cause shuffling and in rare cases someone gets left behind who was signed up to go.

** Dist will be put out 1 hour prior to the start time.

Hi, ok, I would like to sign up for craining I am pretty good, but I could be better. If it's possible, I would like to learn how to throw live goons, and how to throw the same goon over and over.

I'm going to save some time and tell you now instead of having someone else tell you later so that you can get more time for practicing.

To throw live goons:
Just grab it, drop it, then catch it before it drops again, and keep moving the crane while doing this (Just keep pressing the CTRL button, letting go of it, then hold it again while moving the crane, release when it's at a spot to hit the CFO.)

To throw the same goon over and over:
First, learn how to throw live goons. (Look at earlier part in post) Once you get that part down, just use the live goon like a safe!

Impossible. Once a goon hits the CFO it explodes, if you mean a safe, just throw it at the CFO, once it hits press CTRL right away to catch it, gain momentum, swing, catch again... continue this until the CFO is no longer disabled.

But I think It's possible to throw goons more than once. I was reading here: Problem with goons and it talks about people throwing goons again and again. There is a movie about it there too. Thats where I got the idea it was possible

The training runs are really for those who are not "pretty good" so they can work those tiny yellow goons for a long time and get the hang of controlling the crazy swing of the crane. We like it to take a full hour, so there is lots of practice. A few good operators bring the dangerous goons out to fast and the practice is over in 5 or 10 min....counter-productive to the goal.

The regular CCG runs are a perfect place for those who are "pretty good" to advance their skills to live throwing and goonie "bashing" (Orville's perfect term for repeatedly using the same goon) The best of these for practice is the last run of the schedule where there are often only 4 or 5 toons. When there are less players, it's fun for all 4 to be on the crane, nobody stomps, and everybody handles live goons. If needed, hop off and stomp of few goons for yourself and jump on the crane again to reuse the goon you stomped. Instead of a once a month training run, it's a 3 times per day opportunity to practice. Go for it!

Hey, Squeeky, go watch Crazy Orville use the same goon for 5-7 hits in a row, and trade it for a big fat one to slam the last few hits off. It's a delight to watch. Best part, silly CFO just stays stunned from the impact and forgets to send out any more goons and the stunners just stand around and watch the show.
