How do i tell Toontown about Mean/should be banned Toons

I was a friend of toon #2 and her internet boyfriend (they met in toontown) toon #1 was friends with a 8 year old that was very sensitive #3, and toon #1 called toon #3 a very adult and very bad name (mods please pm me if ya wanna hear the name that the 8 year old was called)

and the surprising part was the toon #1 was about 17 and toon #2 was 16, then i Xed toon #1 immediatly and then he comvinced toon #2 (110 laffer) to x me and she did,

after toon #1 said a couple (3) adult words to the 8 year old, he signed off and hasnt been on since

i know what laff, name, and color and species the toon is, all im saying about the evil toon was he was a 107 laffer

How do i report him in TT so he can stop using adult lang. to people
