it looks like it from the sky but i donno it probobly has like level 2-3 cogs in it. Also the name of the building that you see it's called sails for sale yep thats donalds dock allright.

in the guide, it says that buildings in donald's dock can only be lvl 4's or lower, so idn how a 5 got there.....

Only when there is an invasion should you see a five story in Donald's Dock. That is wierd.

weird: no. Strange: no, again. 5 stories are commen if there was an invasion of a "big" cog, such as corp. raiders. but sense you didnt know that, i guess your new to tt, so welcome to Toontown, have fun

btw i once saw a 5 story in ttc cause of a loan shark invasion its not exactly rare after an invasion.
