Yes, change your password
Change both your login password and your parental password.
Do it now if someone is logging in as you. Also, you could report to Disney and they might monitor your logins. Their text file has the IP address of the machines that use your account and they might be able to ban that IP address. Not sure if Disney does that, but other gaming systems do.

#1- you should change your password before the hacker does and you can't get in
#2- report it to TT staff- maybe they can track whoever is #3- I hope you get your friends to understand, I mean, if they're a true friend they'll understand.

hmm... I'd say change ur parent pass and reg pass one more time.. if they come back, maybe Disney could track their IP address and ban it but if they used a diff computer... wuldnt help. When Disney Responds y dont ya post it here so we can see wat they said. If I know the toontown staff as i think i do (cuz of past emails) they'll say something about "Please be careful not to let anybody know your password" Yeah, real big help Disney! well hope this gets fixed.
Wandering off, Mark |

Not in a bad way but you're friend/cus may have somthing to do with this. It isn't easy for somone to get your password. It's possable your friend/cus could have given the password out to somone, try changing your password and not telling anyone for a few days and see if anyone logs onto your account. If somone does end up loging onto your account even though you changed your password, then you need to get customer support into this. But if no one uses your account after this then your friend/cus had somthing to do with this. I'd understand trusting a close friend but it's always good to check to make sure. Because getting somones password isn't easy. And however they figured out your username is also extreamly hard to do.

I agree with Maic Dragon. They couldn't have guessed. Does any of yourfriends hold grudges? Eitther way, get Disney on this. But don't expect a quick reply. My recruit-a-toon shirt is (really I don't have it now!) is about 9 months overdue, I reported it to Diseny and they replied about 3 weeks later! But oh well. Try it, maybe this will be on top of Disneys list. Try the live chat. ANyway, I hope you get your friends back!
